I’m back again!
Long time no post, but I hope to start this blog back up again.
I’ve developed a sensitivity to wheat, so a lot of my meals now contain gluten-free products (which I will tag accordingly), although I do slip up now and again! Whoops!
And I also want to point out that this blog is not about dieting or calorie counting; it’s promoting the healthy way of life and trying to give your body all the nutrients and goodies it needs whilst being vegetarian.
